The Management of CPF INEZA (Cooperative of Progress and Financing INEZA) invites qualified and eligible contractors to bid for the following tenders:
Lot 1: Supply of office furniture for the Rutobwe Branch.
Lot 2: Supply of Information Technology (IT) equipment for the Rutobwe Branch.
Bidders may also choose to bid for both lots together.
The tender document containing detailed information about these tenders, available in English and French, can be obtained from the CPF INEZA Head Office in Muhanga starting 15 September 2026, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 25,000 deposited into CPF INEZA account No. 00056-00291268-62 at Bank of Kigali.
Bidding documents properly prepared in French or English must be submitted in three (3) copies: one original and two copies. They must be delivered to the CPF INEZA Head Office and submitted to the responsible officer (Customer Relations Manager) no later than 10 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Late bids will not be accepted.
The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 10:30 a.m.
