The Management of CPF INEZA (Cooperative of Progress and Financing INEZA) invites qualified and eligible contractors to bid for the tender for the construction of premises where the Rutobwe Branch intends to relocate, including partitioning works and the construction of a strong room.
The tender document containing detailed information about this tender, available in English and French, can be obtained from the CPF INEZA Head Office starting 15 September 2026, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of RWF 25,000 deposited into CPF INEZA account No. 00056-00291268-62 at Bank of Kigali.
All bidders are required to visit the site where the works will be carried out, accompanied by CPF INEZA staff. The site visit will start on 18 September 2026, from 10:00 a.m. The Rutobwe Branch is located in Cyeza Sector, at Cyakabiri/Rutobwe Trading Centre.
Bidding documents prepared in French or English must be submitted in three (3) copies: one original and two copies. They must be delivered to the CPF INEZA Head Office and submitted to the responsible officer (Customer Relations Manager) no later than 10 October 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The opening of bids will take place on the same day at 10:30 a.m.
